After you send it

What happens, and when

Within 2 days A reply From whoever knows the answer. If it is a matching job, Nell will ask for the sample and the light.

Within 10 days A drawdown Posted flat, on the same card stock every time, with the batch it came from written on the back.

On dispatch The record Source, roast, mesh, binder and date, emailed before the invoice. It is the invoice people query, never the record.
