Conditions we see most

If it's on this list, we've treated it this month

Achilles tendinopathy & plantar fasciitis

Physiotherapy and podiatry working together — load management plus gait correction.

Recurring lower-back & neck pain

Chiropractic adjustment plus a strength plan to stop it becoming an annual event.

ACL & post-surgical knee rehab

Staged return-to-sport testing before we sign off on contact training.

Frozen shoulder & rotator cuff pain

Manual therapy and a graded exercise programme, reviewed every few sessions.

Return-to-training after a lay-off

A functional movement screen before we load anything, then the small-group studio.

Bunions, ingrown toenails & skin/nail care

Routine podiatry alongside biomechanical work, same clinic, same notes.

The work, not the waiting room

Before you book

Questions we get on the phone

Do I need a GP referral?

No — physiotherapy, chiropractic and podiatry are all self-referral. If your insurer requires a GP letter for reimbursement, check your policy; the appointment itself doesn't need one.

What should I wear or bring?

Loose clothing that lets us see and move the joint in question — shorts for a knee, a vest top for a shoulder. Bring any relevant scans or X-rays; we'll copy and hand them straight back.

Will it hurt?

Assessment shouldn't. Treatment can be uncomfortable in the way any manual therapy or loaded exercise can be — we'll always tell you what to expect before we do it, and nobody is pushed past what they've agreed to.

What if I need more sessions than the block I paid for?

We review progress against your written plan, usually every 4–6 sessions. If more are genuinely needed we'll say so and why — treatment doesn't continue by default once the goal on your plan is met.

Do you treat under insurance?

Yes — Bupa, AXA Health, Vitality and WPA are all accepted for physiotherapy; check with your insurer whether chiropractic and podiatry are covered under your specific policy before booking.

Know what you need? Book it.

Still not sure which discipline — call and describe what hurts; we'll point you the right way.
