This week
The timetable, and what is left in it
Nine coached sessions a week, every one capped at six. Open gym runs the full opening hours regardless — a session running does not take the floor away from anyone.
| Time | Session | Focus | Coach | Cap | Left |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Mon 06:30 | Strength | Squat, hinge, accessory | Nadia | 6 | 2 free |
| Mon 18:00 | Strength | Squat, hinge, accessory | Ade | 6 | Full |
| Tue 18:00 | Weightlifting | Snatch, clean & jerk | Tom | 6 | 1 free |
| Wed 06:30 | Strength | Press, pull, carry | Nadia | 6 | 4 free |
| Wed 19:15 | Foundation block | Week 3 of 6 | Ade | 6 | 3 free |
| Thu 18:00 | Strength | Press, pull, carry | Tom | 6 | 1 free |
| Fri 06:30 | Strength | Full body, lighter | Nadia | 6 | 5 free |
| Sat 09:00 | Weightlifting | Technique, then singles | Tom | 6 | 2 free |
| Sat 10:30 | Foundation block | Week 3 of 6 | Ade | 6 | Full |
Busiest hours are 06:30–08:00 and 17:30–20:00. Between 10:00 and 16:00 you will usually have a platform to yourself. Updated Monday mornings; spaces are live in the booking app.
The programme
What a block actually looks like
Twelve weeks, in three four-week blocks, then a deload. Volume comes down and intensity goes up as the block runs, so week one is sets of eight at an RPE of six and week eleven is heavy triples. Week twelve is deliberately easy and most people hate it.
You are given the whole block on day one — every session, every set, every rep — because a programme you cannot see is a programme you cannot plan around. Loads are prescribed as a percentage of a recent top set rather than a one-rep max, so nobody has to test a 1RM to start.

Your first hour
Before any of that
The free session is not a tour and not a consultation. You train.
Book
Pick an hour. You get a text with the arch number and where to park.
Screen
Fifteen minutes on how you move, what hurts, what you have done.
Lift
An empty bar, then whatever is appropriate. It starts lighter than you expect.
Decide
You leave with a written first block. Join then, later, or not at all.
No card details, no obligation
You have already seen every price. There is nothing left to pitch.
