Registration, complaints and your data
Lintel Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic Ltd. Our physiotherapists and podiatrist are registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC); our chiropractor is registered with the General Chiropractic Council (GCC). Registration numbers are shown on each clinician's profile on the About page.
Complaints: if something goes wrong, tell your clinician first — most things are resolved on the spot. If not, write to the clinic manager at the address below and we'll respond within 10 working days. You may also contact the HCPC or GCC directly at any time.
Your data: treatment records are held as special category health data under UK GDPR, kept for 7 years from your last appointment, and never shared without consent except where required by law. Under-18s must attend with a parent or guardian.
