A fixed figure, next working day
Itemised against the guide bands, in writing, valid for eight weeks. 20% deposit books the date — protected under the BAR Advanced Payment Guarantee — and the date moves free if your completion does.

An hour of the yard, and further by plan.
Most of our moves start or finish within an hour of Cross Green. Beyond that we run scheduled long-distance routes — which is what makes part-load rates possible in both directions.

Before you book
Three things people check first.
I don't have a completion date yet — is it too early?
No. Survey now, hold a provisional week, firm it up when exchange happens. Most of our diary is booked exactly this way.
Can someone come in person instead of video?
Yes — Ellie does in-person surveys across Leeds on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. Video is simply faster for most people, not compulsory.
What happens after I send the form?
The office rings you back within one working day to fix the survey slot. No automated quote, no pricing robot — a person, because the figure has to be one we'll stand behind.
Rather talk?
The office answers till six.
A real person, same yard, who can see the diary. Saturdays till one.
