What we move, and what it costs.

The whole price architecture — bands, packing, storage and every surcharge — on one page. The survey turns a band into a fixed figure.

Long distance (125 miles and over) typically runs about 70% above the local band — quoted exactly, never estimated on the day. Part-load rates apply when your goods share a vehicle on our regular routes: cheaper, on our dates rather than yours. Man & van: two crew and the Luton at £68/hour, two-hour minimum, for single items and small flats.

The fleet

The cube picks the vehicle.

A 3-bed house is usually 1,000–1,250 cubic feet once it's wrapped. The survey measures your cube room by room; the cube picks the vehicle and the crew, and that is where the price comes from — not from a guess on the phone.

Storage

A container is 250 cubic feet of patience.

Roughly a room's worth per container. The crew packs it at your door, it travels sealed, and it isn't opened again until you ask for it — no re-handling, which is where storage damage actually happens.

£23 /week per container · declared-value cover included

End-of-tenancy cleans

Is VAT included in the figures on this page?

Yes — every figure shown is the figure you'd pay, VAT included. A quote that grows 20% at the bottom of the page isn't a quote.

What fits in one 250 cu ft container?

About a furnished room: a sofa, an armchair, a double bed and mattress, a chest of drawers and fifteen-odd boxes. A 3-bed house usually stores into four to five containers.

How much notice do you need?

Two to four weeks is comfortable; Fridays and month-end go first. If exchange just happened and you're stuck, ring anyway — part-load runs and midweek gaps rescue more short-notice moves than you'd think.

Do you do the packing the day before?

On full-pack jobs, yes — fragiles and cupboards the afternoon before, beds and the kettle on the morning. The house stays liveable overnight.
