Finding us
Two minutes from Castle Square, on foot.
Pay-and-display parking on Old Street itself, or the Smithfield car park two minutes' walk away — we don't have a car park of our own. Step-free entrance, a ground-floor treatment room, and an accessible WC.

The building
A former saddler's workshop, on the ground and first floors.
Reception and one treatment room are ground floor and step-free. The rehab room and two further treatment rooms are on the first floor, reached by stairs — tell us when you book if that's a problem and we'll keep you on the ground floor throughout.

Is there parking?
Pay-and-display on Old Street, or the Smithfield car park two minutes' walk away. We don't have a clinic car park of our own.
Is the clinic accessible?
Step-free entrance from Old Street, a ground-floor treatment room for anyone who can't manage the stairs, and an accessible WC. Tell us when you book and we'll keep your whole visit on the ground floor.
What's your cancellation policy?
24 hours' notice, please, or the appointment is charged in full — we hold that slot for you and turn other patients away for it.
