Back, joint or foot pain that's stopped you doing what you want to do.

Physiotherapy, chiropractic and podiatry under one roof, from clinicians who tell you what's wrong before they tell you how many sessions it'll take. Assessments most weeks within two working days; same-day slots held back for acute pain.

No GP referral needed — self-refer directly to any of our HCPC- or GCC-registered clinicians.

Three disciplines, one roof

You don't need to work out which of us to see first — that's our job, at the assessment.

Physiotherapy

Manual therapy, exercise prescription and rehabilitation for sports injury, post-surgical recovery, sciatica and joint pain. Led by Elin Bowen, MCSP.

Initial assessment, 60 min£78

Chiropractic

Spinal manipulation, extremity adjustment and posture analysis for back pain, cervicogenic headache and disc-related symptoms. Dr Marcus Hale, DC.

Initial consultation, 45 min£68

Podiatry

Biomechanical assessment, gait analysis and custom orthotics for plantar fasciitis, diabetic foot care and chronic heel or forefoot pain. Priya Chauhan, MRCPod.

Assessment & gait analysis, 60 min£89

What we treat

If it moves and it hurts, one of the three of us has probably treated it this month.

Low back pain & sciatica

Manual therapy, adjustment and a graded return to normal loading.

Neck pain & headache

Including cervicogenic headache traced back to the neck, not the head.

Frozen shoulder

Staged mobilisation through the freezing, frozen and thawing phases.

Tennis & golfer's elbow

Load management and soft-tissue release, not just rest and hope.

Knee ligament & meniscus injury

ACL and MCL rehab from post-op through to return-to-sport testing.

Plantar fasciitis & heel pain

Gait analysis, taping and orthotics where the biomechanics call for it.

Ankle sprains & instability

Proprioception work alongside the manual treatment, not instead of it.

Postural & desk-related pain

The slow damage of a laptop and a sofa, mostly, and it's reversible.

Sports injury & return-to-play

Assessment through to a graded, tested return, not just "rest it."

Post-surgical rehabilitation

Working from your surgeon's protocol, in step with your review dates.

Diabetic foot care

Regular risk assessment and nail/skin care for at-risk feet.

Ingrowing toenails & verrucae

Minor podiatric procedures, done properly, first time.

What actually happens

Four stages. You're discharged when the function's back, not when the sessions run out.

Diagram: assessment, then diagnosis and plan, then treatment, then review and discharge
01

Assessment

Full history, movement, gait or biomechanical exam. 45–60 minutes — nothing assumed before we've actually looked.

02

Diagnosis & plan

A clear explanation in plain terms, a written plan and a realistic timeframe — not a guess at session count.

03

Treatment

Hands-on therapy, adjustment or podiatric intervention, plus a home programme you can actually stick to.

04

Review & discharge

Progress checked against the plan we agreed. Discharged when it's done, not when the package is used up.

Who you'll actually see

Every clinician's registration number, so you can check it yourself.

"Six weeks after my ACL reconstruction I still couldn't manage the stairs without wincing. Elin had a plan by the end of the first session and stuck to it — I was back running by week fourteen."
