A to W
NHS charges are set by government and identical at every practice in England — 2026/27 rates, from 1 April. Private fees are ours, held for twelve months from the date on your written plan. Where a line says "—", that treatment is not available on the NHS.
If you would rather spread it
Two examinations and two hygienist visits a year, 10% off everything else, and worldwide dental trauma cover.
£16.40 a monthThree hygienist visits, all X-rays included, 20% off restorative work, and emergency access within 24 hours.
£28.90 a monthTwo adults on Essential, children under 18 included free, one direct debit. Most-used plan here.
£38.00 a monthPlans are administered by a third-party provider and are not insurance. 0% APR finance over 6, 12 or 24 months is available on treatment over £500, subject to status; we will give you the total repayable in writing before you sign anything.
Before you ring
Whichever you choose, and you can change. We hold an NHS contract and are taking new NHS patients at the time of writing — the status pill on the home page is kept current. Some treatments are not available on the NHS at all: implants, whitening, aligners and anything done purely for appearance. Those are marked "—" in the index above.
Because you pay per course of treatment, not per item. One Band 2 charge of £76.60 covers everything in that course — a filling, an extraction and a root canal together is still one charge. It is the single most misunderstood thing about NHS dentistry and it usually works in your favour.
You are describing about a third of our new patients. Nobody here will comment on it. The first appointment is mostly talking, you stay sitting up for the first ten minutes, and we agree a stop signal before the chair goes back. See what happens at a first appointment.
Every clinician's GDC number is printed next to their name on the home page. Search it on the General Dental Council register and it will show their registration status and qualification. The practice is separately registered with the Care Quality Commission under provider ID 1-2049183746, and our latest inspection report is on the practice page.
Tell us first — most things are fixable and we would rather know. If that does not resolve it, our written complaints procedure sets out timescales and who to escalate to, including the Dental Complaints Service for private care and NHS England for NHS care. It is on the practice page and a printed copy is at reception.
Written plan, no obligation
Book an examination and you will leave with a written plan and a price for every option on it. Nothing is booked on the day unless you are in pain.
