Tell us what it is doing, and when.
A cipher on a cold morning, a note gone dead, a smell of dust when the blower starts. All of it is useful, and none of it is too small to mention.

Ivo carries the emergency phone on a Sunday morning between October and March. If the blower will not start before a service, that is what it is for: 07700 900 412.

Four minutes' walk from Stroud station, downhill. Parking on Lansdown; the yard is for the van and the timber, not for visitors.

The workshop letter
Two pages in spring and autumn: what came in, what went out, and one thing we got wrong. Roughly four hundred people get it and nobody sells the list.
Or just ring us.
Somebody who can actually answer the question picks up, Tuesday to Friday. There is no menu and no queue.
