A number given over the phone is a guess. The figure that matters is the one after someone has seen the car. This demo will not invent that number for you.
Bring the car, not just the advert
Wash it so damage is visible rather than hidden under dirt. Take the spare key, the locking wheel nut and the service invoices. If there is a warning light, say so. It will be found on the ramp anyway.
Know the outstanding finance
If you still owe money on the car, the settlement figure comes off what it is worth to the dealer. Ask your current lender for a settlement quote. We do not collect bank details on this form.
Be specific
Year, mileage, fuel and gearbox change the figure more than the colour usually does. Our form asks you to type those in. There is no registration lookup, on purpose.
