A small practice, on purpose

Ruth Halden started coaching in 2014, after fourteen years running operations for a manufacturer off Kirkstall Road — long enough to know what it costs to make a decision badly with four hundred people downstream of it. Three coaches now work here and we cap the practice at forty active clients between us, which is the number at which we can still remember your last session without reading the notes first. We have coached 212 people since 2014; 94 per cent of them finished the programme they started.

Twelve sessions with a 360° feedback round in month two and the halfway review in month three. Built for people whose decisions now land on other people. Ruth and Priya lead these.

Run by Priya Raval as a chartered occupational psychologist rather than as a facilitator, on your premises. Includes two individual sessions each for the two most senior people in the room.
