What should the scope make clear?

Use these questions to prepare a property conversation. Any actual method, visit arrangement and technical limit must come from the provider.

Surface, face and access

Is the reference house a customer project?

No. It is existing reference imagery used in this design. The diagrams are explanatory and do not establish a real property specification.

Are frames included?

That needs an explicit agreement. Ask which frames, sills, tracks and adjoining details are included alongside the glass.

Can tall or upper glazing be accepted here?

This preview cannot assess access. Describe the glazing and ask the provider what inspection is required before any work is agreed.

Can I request both sides?

You can note both faces for discussion. The provider must review the separate interior and exterior conditions.

What if I do not know the coating?

Record that uncertainty and share available product information through the actual provider’s agreed channel.

Does the form book a visit?

No. It creates a local text draft for review. No date, quote or work instruction is sent.

A useful next step

Take one elevation or room at a time. A plain description of the panes, faces and surroundings makes a more useful starting point than an assumed method or result.

Start with the property note.

Keep technical questions open and give the provider enough context to ask the next question.
