The everyday questions.

A familiar routine is easier to agree when coverage, scope and arrival arrangements are clear. The actual provider must confirm each of these.

Before the first visit

Does Goodpane cover my area?

No real service map has been supplied. Use a broad area in the local note and ask the actual provider to confirm coverage.

Can I choose a visit interval?

You can record a preference. The provider must confirm the intervals it offers and agree the routine after reviewing the property.

Are frames and sills included?

Ask for an explicit scope. Glass, frames, sills and tracks should not be assumed to mean the same thing.

Can I arrange a one-off visit?

The preview helps you describe a one-off request. The real provider must confirm whether it supports the scope and timing.

What about pets or a shared entrance?

Describe the ordinary arrangement and ask the provider what needs to be agreed. Keep changes visible before a visit.

Will the enquiry be sent?

No. It creates a local draft that you can review or save. Nothing is emailed, booked or added to a customer system.

A good first note

Tell the provider about your broad area, the window groups, the faces you want discussed and anything that needs review. That keeps the next conversation practical and easy to follow.

Put your questions on one page.

The enquiry draft gives them a clear starting point.
