The neighbourhood edit / Approach

An agency shaped around the questions.

Harth & Lane is a fictional independent agency identity for this design. The intended service is clear particulars, considered presentation and a useful next conversation.

The home and its setting

A home record should connect a building with the life around it. The atlas gives context; the particulars need to carry the facts. Neither should disappear behind a glossy photograph.

The work begins by asking what is supplied, what needs confirmation and what the person moving needs to understand. Unknowns belong in the conversation, clearly described.

What a real agency should make clear

Who you are speaking to

Verified staff profiles, responsibilities and direct contact routes. This concept does not invent people or professional memberships.

How the service works

The agreed scope, fees, viewing arrangements and route for feedback or complaints should be available before someone commits.

What the record contains

Photography, plans and statements should belong to the right property, with sources and limitations explained where useful.

A useful handover

  1. Listen to the move

Understand the reason for moving, broad timing and the constraints that will shape the search or sale.

  2. Prepare the record

Collect the information needed to describe the home honestly and identify the details requiring further professional checks.

  3. Agree the next action

Leave the conversation with a clear owner, an expected response and no assumed booking or outcome.

Start with your own context.

The local note gives you room to explain what matters without sending private documents.
