A scope moves through decisions.

Before any work is agreed, the description needs review. This sequence shows the questions to resolve, without specifying a method for the actual property.

From first note to agreed boundaries

  1. Describe

Name the glazing groups, proposed faces and adjoining details. Put uncertain counts and unknown materials in the notes.

  2. Review

The provider checks the description and decides what further information or inspection is required. Access is assessed by the provider.

  3. Agree

Confirm the included surfaces, excluded areas, preparation and practical arrangements through the actual service process.

  4. Prepare

Follow the provider’s specific instructions. Report changes to the setting rather than assuming the first description still applies.

  5. Close the loop

Ask how the completed scope and any outstanding observations will be explained. Maintenance or unusual surface conditions may need a separate conversation.
