Something personal, on a care tag.

A useful bouquet note says who the flowers are for, the occasion and the kind of presence you have in mind. Leave room for the florist to suggest what works with the season.

A feeling is a useful brief.

“Soft colours with a little space between the stems” gives more direction than “something nice”. You can also say what to avoid, whether the recipient has a vase and how the flowers will be carried or received.

If a particular flower matters, name it as a request. Final stems, scale, price and fulfilment need the florist’s confirmation.

Your flowers, your words.
