Before you visit

Three things worth knowing.

  1. Getting in

    Step-free to the front door. The treatment room is one floor up: tell us if you need the ground-floor consult table instead.

  2. A first visit

    A consultation is free and takes 15 minutes. We patch-test new formulas on the inner arm when you are new to us.

  3. If you are unsure

    Call or write. Care here is cosmetic only. If something feels medical, please speak to a GP or dermatologist.
