About Keyhouse

A small team that puts the facts first

We are a fictional independent agency used to demonstrate this website. The way we describe working is how we think a good agent should work.

Our approach

Moving home is a big decision, and most of the stress comes from surprises. So we try to remove them: listings carry the material facts from day one, valuations come with our reasoning, and we tell you plainly when we don't know something yet.

  • Every listing shows tenure, council tax, EPC and the material information we hold
  • Viewings in person or by video, confirmed by the next working day
  • Valuations from a person who visits, never an automated figure
  • Clear fees, published before you commit [Fees to be completed]
