Posting it, and sending it back

This is the shop’s own policy for the demo. The basket does not take payment or book a courier.

UK delivery

  • Standard UK delivery is £3.95.
  • It is free when the clothes and toys in the basket reach £50. Gift wrap (£2) is extra and does not count toward the £50.
  • We aim to hand parcels to the carrier within two working days. The “next dispatch” line in the header is illustrative timing for this demo, using a 2pm cutoff on weekdays.
  • Highlands, islands and busy weeks can take longer. We’ll say so on an order confirmation — which this demo does not send.

Returns

  • You have 30 days from delivery to tell us you want to return something.
  • Clothing needs to be unworn, unwashed and with tags on.
  • Toys need to be unused, complete and in the packaging they arrived in.
  • You pay return postage unless we sent the wrong item or a faulty one.
  • Write via the contact form. In this demo the message stays on your device.
