About HomeSphere
We sell the feeling of living somewhere — not the floor plan.
HomeSphere started in 2026 with a simple objection: property listings describe buildings, but people buy mornings, light, and the walk to the corner café. So we photograph homes in real daylight, write like humans, and put an actual specialist — not a call centre — behind every enquiry.
Why it started
Today we place hundreds of families a year across London, with a same-week viewing promise and a first response inside the hour, seven days a week. That rule has not changed as the agency has grown, and it is the reason we cap the number of live listings each agent carries — Amara, Jonas and Priya between them have placed 307 homes and still personally take the first call on anything over £2M.
What HomeSphere is, and is not
HomeSphere is not the biggest agency covering London, and it is not trying to be. It is a practice small enough that a client from 2026 can still ring the office and be recognised by name, and large enough to cover Hampstead to Greenwich without handing a listing to someone who does not know the street. We photograph every home ourselves rather than outsourcing it, we write our own copy, and we would rather tell a buyer honestly that a house is wrong for them than book a viewing we already know will waste a Saturday morning. The mortgage advisory sits inside the same office as the sales team on purpose — Priya’s team and the negotiators talk to each other constantly, which is the difference between a mortgage that closes on time and one that doesn’t.
"The first agency that showed us homes we actually wanted to live in. Three viewings, one offer."
