Ruth Ellery served her time on shop fronts in Birkenhead and opened Keyway on Frodsham Street in 2009, mostly because she was tired of watching people pay for a new lock they did not need. You can stand outside our door. That sounds like a low bar until you learn how much of this trade operates from virtual offices and national call centres that subcontract your emergency to whoever answers.
