Two generations on the same roofs
Andreas started the business in 2003 with one van and a ladder. His son Petros runs the flat-roof side now. Between them they have re-roofed a good part of Larnaca, and a fair number of the houses they work on today were done by Andreas the first time round twenty years ago. That is the standard we work to — we expect to be the ones who come back.
How we quote
We come out, get on the roof, and photograph what we find. You get a written price that separates what needs doing now from what can wait a season. If a repair will do, we will tell you — we would rather have the repair and the recommendation than the re-roof and the reputation.
