Leeds, and everywhere the train goes
The practice rooms are on the second floor of 14 Park Square East — a Georgian square two minutes from Leeds station, which matters more than it sounds: a client who has to drive across the city and park is a client who arrives already spent. Clients come regularly from Wetherby, Otley, Ilkley, Wakefield, Bradford, Halifax and Skipton, and a steady handful from York on the 09:12. Ruth also works from a consulting room on Montpellier Parade in Harrogate every Wednesday, which suits people who would rather not be seen walking into a coaching practice two streets from their own office — a reason clients give often enough that we stopped treating it as a joke. Everything else happens on video, and that is not a fallback. Roughly a third of our current clients have never sat in either room; several are in London, two are in Edinburgh and one is on a rig rotation in Aberdeen, where a ninety-minute session at 06:00 is the only thing that works. Sessions are the same length, the same format and the same price wherever they happen.
