About visits
What a window is, who needs to be there, and what happens next.
A two-hour window in which your engineer will arrive. We text when the van leaves the job before yours, so you are not left waiting by the door (sample).
An adult aged 18 or over for the whole visit. Tell us about pets, parking and the best way in when you book.
You get a confirmation, the engineer’s first name and a reminder the day before (sample). Nothing is booked or sent in this demo.
The booking form shows the usual 14-day cancellation wording and a tick box if you want work to start sooner. Urgent repairs are treated differently. This is general information, not legal advice.
