Contact
A person answers, from eight in the morning.
Ring the workshop, send the form, or book the walk-round straight away. Whichever you choose, the next voice is Nell or Bea — we have never owned a call centre and do not intend to start.
Ask for a walk-round
Where you are, roughly how big the house is, and what you are hoping for. We answer every message the same working day, and Saturday mornings before one.
Three ways to reach the workshop
The phone is in the workshop, so if it rings out we are in the linen room. Leave a message and it is returned the same day.
