Marianne Ottey reads every enquiry and replies within one working day with two or three times for a thirty-minute call. The call itself is with Ruth unless you have asked for Daniel or Priya by name, and it is a conversation rather than a consultation: you describe the situation, we ask three or four questions, and at the end we say honestly whether coaching is the right instrument and which of us would be the right person. Roughly one call in six ends with us recommending something else entirely — a therapist, an employment solicitor, or the conversation with your own manager that you already know you need to have — and we will give you names rather than a shrug. If we do go ahead, the first full session is normally within ten working days, and nothing is invoiced until it has happened.
