The first conversationNo charge
An hour to understand your position and say honestly whether we can help.
Every fee is agreed in writing before any work begins, and no invoice ever arrives unexplained.
How billing behaves
Fixed fees are invoiced when the work is delivered, not before. Hourly matters are estimated in advance, capped where we can cap them, and we telephone the moment an estimate looks tight — you decide whether to proceed. Telephone calls and quick questions between meetings are part of the relationship, not line items.
“In nine years, not one invoice we had to query. That alone is worth the fee.”
