No "from". No surcharge discovered at the till. If your hair is past your shoulders the third column is your price, and it was your price before you rang.
Price list
Priced by length, because that is what it is priced by
Every salon says "from". Then the price goes up at the chair because your hair is long, which everybody could see when you walked in. Here are all three figures.

A colour that needs correcting after somebody else is quoted in person and never over the phone — we have to see it. Students and NHS staff take 15% off Tuesday to Thursday.

What people ask about the bill
The four that come up on nearly every first call.
Past the shoulder when it is dry and straight. If you are between two columns we charge the lower one, and the stylist decides at the basin rather than the till.
Not on foils or balayage — it is in the price, because a colour is not finished without it. On its own between appointments it is on the list.
No. Fifteen minutes, no obligation, and we would rather have it a week before than start something on the day that needs two sittings.
Tell us in the chair or within seven days. We will put it right at no charge. That is not a goodwill gesture, it is what the price includes.
Next appointment
Book the patch test with the appointment
Two minutes in the salon, 48 hours before. We will not colour without one and we would rather say that here than turn you away on the day.
