Every figure on this page is the figure on the invoice. Nothing is quoted "on application", and nothing changes because of who your employer is.

How we price

Coaching is sold by the hour almost everywhere, which quietly rewards the coach for taking longer. We price by the programme instead, and the rate a session falls as the commitment lengthens: £190 a session on a three-month programme, £175 across six months, £160 across twelve. That is not a discount for volume — it is that the work compounds, sessions nine to twelve are worth more to you than sessions one to four, and the price should reflect where the value actually sits. A single ninety-minute Reset session, for people who want one conversation rather than a programme, is £220 and includes the written summary. The discovery call before any of it is thirty minutes and free, and it is a real conversation rather than a sales call: roughly one in six ends with us saying that coaching is not the right instrument, and giving you two names who do the thing that is. Two things sit outside the programme rates because they are genuinely optional. A 360° feedback round — six colleagues interviewed and written up — is £480, and it is already inside the Executive Programme price rather than bolted onto it. A psychometric, where one would actually earn its keep rather than decorate a report, is £180 including the debrief session. Nothing else is chargeable, and no programme here has ever been invoiced for more than the figure agreed in writing before it started.

Three questions, and a price you can hold us to

Coaching is priced by how much of it you want, not by how much you need it. Choose what you want to work on, how often we meet and how long we run for — the panel keeps up.
01What do you want to work on?
Choose as many as apply — most people start with two.
02How often should we meet?
03How long should we run for?
The longer the commitment, the lower the rate a session — the work compounds, and so should the price.

What we do not charge for

Rescheduling, provided we have twenty-four hours — life is the reason you are here, so we are not going to fine you for it. Email and voice notes between sessions, unmetered and unbilled, which is the single most common thing other practices meter. The first fifteen minutes of any session that runs over because you arrived mid-crisis. The written summaries. The halfway review itself. And the room: we have never charged a premium for meeting in Park Square rather than on video, and we are not going to start. Invoicing is monthly in arrears for programmes over three months, or in full at the start if you would rather have it done; employer-funded work is invoiced to the company with a purchase-order reference and thirty-day terms. Marianne Ottey handles all of it, and she will chase your procurement department so that you do not have to.
“I used the halfway review to stop after six sessions because I had what I came for. They refunded the rest the same week and told me to come back if it returned.”

Half an hour, no charge, and no pitch at the end.

Tell us what is on your mind and we will tell you plainly whether coaching helps with it. If it does not, we will say what does — that conversation is worth having either way.
