01Arrival & historyTen minutes with a clinical assistant covering lifestyle, screen hours, family history and medication.
02Pre-screeningAuto-refraction, non-contact tonometry and 4K retinal photography before you reach the chair.
03RefractionTwenty-five minutes with your optometrist. No rush, no scripted upsell.
04OCT imagingCross-sectional scan of macula and optic nerve, reviewed on screen with you.
05Findings & planYour images side by side with last year’s, a written report and a clear recall date.

Sixty minutes for an adult examination, including OCT imaging and a full discussion of your results. Children’s appointments are 45 minutes.

No. OCT imaging, retinal photography and non-contact tonometry are included in every adult examination at £65.

We bill BUPA, AXA Health, Vitality, Aviva, WPA and Simplyhealth directly. Bring your membership number and we handle the rest.

Yes. We are a GOC registered practice and accept NHS examination entitlement and optical vouchers against any frame in the studio.

In most cases yes, provided the frame is structurally sound. We will assess it free of charge and tell you honestly if it will not survive glazing.

Same-week availability is typical, and we hold two emergency slots each day for red eye, sudden floaters or flashes.
