Build a piece, watch it take shape

Metal, stone and cut — three choices, a real guide price, and a stone that changes colour as you choose. The consultation that follows is where it becomes exact.
01Which metal?
02Which stone?
03Which cut?
Every combination is hallmarked and certified the same way — nothing here is a lesser option.
What backs every piece

The marks, explained in English

Every jeweller shows a hallmark. Here is what ours actually commits us to — each one checkable independently of us.

A real UK hallmark

Every piece over the legal weight threshold is sent to the London Assay Office and struck with our sponsor’s mark, the fineness mark and the assay office mark — required by the Hallmarking Act 1973, not a courtesy.
Check hallmarking law

Independently graded stones

Diamonds over 0.3ct carry a GIA or IGI certificate — graded by a laboratory with no reason to flatter us, listing cut, colour, clarity and carat exactly as we sell it.
How grading works

A valuation for insurance

Every commission over £500 leaves with a written insurance valuation — the document your home contents policy will actually ask for, not an invoice standing in for one.
What the valuation covers

Where the gold comes from

Recycled 18ct and 9ct gold by default, and every diamond traded under the Kimberley Process — the same standard the trade’s own Responsible Jewellery Council audits us against.
The sourcing standard

Before you book a consultation

What people ask before committing to a bespoke piece.

Seven weeks from consultation to collection is our real average across 2025, printed on this page rather than rounded down to sound impressive. A straightforward resize or repair is usually same-week.

No. The commission builder on this page exists exactly for that: choose a metal and stone, watch the guide price move, and come to the consultation already knowing roughly where you land.

Yes — we weigh and assess gold and stones against the day’s market rate and will always tell you that figure before discussing any new piece, so the two conversations never get muddled.

Bring it in — most claw repairs and re-tightening are same-day and start at £25. If a stone has actually been lost, we can usually match it from stock without waiting on a supplier.
