Two figures, and the honest difference between them.
The six we are actually asked.
Yes, and you do not need us for it. Every UK vehicle’s MOT history is free and public on gov.uk on the registration alone. We print it into the folder because most buyers do not know it exists, but you can check ours against the source at any time.
That on a stated date the vehicle showed no outstanding finance, no theft marker and no insurance write-off category. It is a check with a date on it, not a permanent property of the car — which is why a site claiming its whole stock is “HPI clear” is claiming something it cannot know. We date ours and we run it again on the day you collect.
Yes. Screen price is the on-the-road total: preparation, twelve-month MOT, provenance check, warranty, plates and V5C transfer are all in it, and we do not charge an administration fee. The only separate figure is vehicle tax, which the DVLA sets and we will show you before you commit.
Yes, and we will tell you how much. We receive a fixed introductory fee agreed in advance with each lender. It does not vary with the interest rate you are offered, so we have nothing to gain from putting you on a worse rate. Ask at any point before you sign.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have thirty days to reject a car that is faulty, not as described or unfit for purpose, for a full refund. That is law and we cannot shorten it. Separately, our twelve-month warranty covers parts and labour with no mileage cap. If we disagree, The Motor Ombudsman decides and their decision binds us.
Of course. And we will buy your car without selling you one — there is no obligation either way.
Reserve it, or just come and look.
