Where a sale actually breaks

Nine in ten fall over between offer and exchange, and almost always for one of four reasons. This is the stretch we are actually paid for: the chain, the searches, the survey, and the lender.

Tenant fees are capped by the Tenant Fees Act 2019: a holding deposit of one week’s rent and a tenancy deposit of five weeks. There is nothing else we are allowed to charge a tenant, and nothing else we do.
