Boilers and heating
Servicing, repairs, replacements and landlord gas safety records. Gas Safe registered for every appliance we touch, and the register number is on every page of this site.
Electrical and Part P
Consumer units, rewires, EICRs and fault-finding — certified and notified to Building Control without a separate inspection fee.
Bathrooms and kitchens
The jobs that need a plumber and an electrician on the same day, done by the two people who are already standing in your hallway.
Every figure includes VAT. There is no call-out fee to add and no minimum charge.
