Client stories

Words from inside the sphere.

Every quote here was given after completion, once the glow had worn off and the client could see whether it had actually gone well.
Real clients, real moves

Asked after the sale closed, never at the emotional high point of a first viewing.

HomeSphere made a stressful move feel effortless — we watched our sale close from a beach in Lisbon, and Jonas never once made us chase him for an update.

The first agency that showed us homes we actually wanted to live in rather than homes that fit a filter. Three viewings, one offer, no drama.

Priya’s mortgage team saved us 0.4% on the rate and about a decade of paperwork anxiety. I still don’t fully understand how she did it.

Amara priced the house higher than the other two agents we spoke to, told us exactly why, and was right. It went for £14,000 over asking in eleven days.

How we ask, and what we do with the answer

Every client is asked twice: once four weeks after completion, once a year later. The first catches the practical detail — did the survey hold up, was the chain honest, did the agent actually answer the phone. The second catches something a broker rarely gets to hear: whether the house still feels right once the excitement has worn off. We do not publish an aggregate star rating. Four people saying something specific is worth more than two hundred saying "great service", and an agency this size claiming a 4.9 average would be telling you more about its marketing than its work.
