What we take care of

Accounts & tax

Statutory accounts, returns and filings — correct, on time, and explained before they are submitted.

Advisory & planning

Structure, succession and the decisions that deserve an hour of thought before a signature.

Audit & assurance

Independent, proportionate and conducted so the process leaves your team better organised than it found them.

Fee guidance

Published because we would ask to see it too. Fixed where the work is fixed, hourly where it is not.
Self-assessment returnfrom £295
Prepared, checked and filed, with a plain-English summary of the year.
Company accounts & CT600from £1,250
Statutory accounts, corporation tax and the conversation about what they mean.
Management accountsfrom £350 / qtr
Quarterly or monthly, with an hour of counsel included in every cycle.
Advisory & planning£180 / hr
Structuring, succession and the questions that do not fit a form.
The first conversationNo charge
An hour to understand your position and say honestly whether we can help.
Every fee is agreed in writing before any work begins, and no invoice ever arrives unexplained.

How an engagement runs

Three stages, each concluded before the next begins.

The first conversation

An hour, without charge or obligation, to understand your position. If we are not the right firm, we say so and suggest who is.

The engagement letter

What we will do, what it will cost and when it will be done — in writing, before anything begins. The letter is the promise.

Ongoing counsel

The same adviser, year after year, who telephones before deadlines rather than after them. Questions between meetings are answered, not billed.
“Twenty years, three businesses and one house move — and the same person still answers the phone.”
A client since 2006
