Mara spent a decade inside scaling companies — the kind where the strategy is clear and the people are not. She started Compass after watching talented operators make the wrong next move for loyal reasons: fear, duty, or a calendar that had stopped belonging to them.
She keeps a small roster. Sessions are fifty minutes, every other week, on video. Between them you leave with one move, not a homework packet. If the work is not a fit, she will say so on the discovery call.
