The Compass method

A method, not a mood.

Four feelings are not a transformation. A direction you can defend on a hard Tuesday is.

01. Orient

We name the decision hiding under the busyness. Most people arrive with five problems and one real one.

A sighting compass and a pencil lying on a topographic map

02. Chart

Constraints first: time, money, and the people you will not abandon. Then a direction that fits the life you actually have.

03. Move

One committed action each week. Not a vision board. A calendar block with a name on it, and a standard for done.

A diary open on a wooden desk beside red pencils and a pair of glasses

04. Recalibrate

Every fourth week we look at evidence, not mood, and adjust the heading. Staying is a decision too.
