FAQ
Before you write.
Short answers. If yours is not here, the contact form keeps a note in this browser — it still will not reach a person until this demo is wired up.
How far ahead should we ask?
For a Saturday wedding in the warmer months, several months is comfortable. A winter Friday can be shorter notice. Corporate and parties are often fine inside a month if the date is free. This form cannot tell you whether a date is free.
What do the starting hours cover?
Wedding photography is priced from six hours, wedding film from eight, the pair from a shared day at £2,900. Corporate half-days are four hours from £480. Parties are three hours from £350. Longer is quoted, not assumed.
Do you travel?
London days inside the usual travel of the centre are included in the starting fees. Further out, we quote the journey before you confirm. We would rather say the number early.
Do we get every frame?
No. You get an edited gallery, and a film if that was booked. Raw files and unedited rolls stay with the studio. That is how the work stays coherent.
What about music on the film?
We will cut to music you have the right to use, or deliver a version without music. We do not pretend a track is cleared when it is not.
Can you fly a drone?
As a £250 add-on, and only where airspace, weather and the venue allow. If it cannot fly, you are not charged for it. We do not publish a licence number on this demo.
How does payment work?
On a real booking, a date is held with a written confirmation and a deposit. This website does not take payment. The booking page is labelled demo for that reason.
How do guests see the pictures?
You receive a link to share. The guest gallery on this site is a demonstration. The code is FLASH. Saves never leave the browser.
What if the light is poor?
We work with it. Available light is the point. A dark supper can be a better picture than a flash bounced into the ceiling. We will not move your meal to chase a sunset.
Will you direct the guests?
Only if you have asked for a group picture, and only for as long as that takes. Otherwise we do not organise the day.
