Approach
Reward the dog in front of you.
We teach with food, toys and a chance to sniff. If a skill is not happening, we make it easier. We do not correct a dog for not knowing the lesson yet.

- 1
Food first
A hungry dog learns faster than a told-off one. Bring soft food the size of a pea.
- 2
Short lessons
A minute of good practice beats a frustrated half hour. We stop when the dog checks out.
- 3
Honest limits
We will say if a group is the wrong place. We will not promise a cure.
FAQ
Questions we are asked

Do you use food?
Yes. We use food, toys and the chance to go and sniff. We do not use punishment, prong collars or electronic collars.
Can you stop aggression?
No. We do not claim to cure aggression, anxiety or any medical condition. We can help you practise safer routines. If a dog has bitten, we will not put them in a group.
Is dog training regulated?
Much of it is not. The trainer names, credentials and insurance lines on this demonstration site are placeholders. A real academy must publish its own qualifications, insurance and any local requirements.
What is the assessment call?
Fifteen minutes. We ask about your dog, your home and what you have already tried, so we can suggest a class or a one-to-one. It is a conversation, not a diagnosis.
Could this be medical?
Behaviour changes can have a medical cause. If something is new, sudden or painful-looking, please speak to your vet as well as booking a call.
Assessment
Tell us about the dog you have.
Fifteen minutes. We match a class, or a one-to-one if a group is the wrong room.
