Before you rely on it

Questions the sample can answer.

These are about the website. They are not clinical advice, and they will not tell you whether an animal is well.

Is Meadowbrook Vets a real clinic?

No. This is a fictional sample website for layout and tone. The address, telephone number, people, and fees are invented.

Can this website tell me what is wrong with my animal?

No. It cannot examine an animal, and it must not be used as a diagnosis. If you are worried, telephone a real veterinary practice.

What happens if I fill in the registration form?

Nothing is sent. The sample form stays in this browser and then shows a note that a real team would call you back. Do not enter genuine medical details.

Are the fees real?

No. They are sample figures so the page has a shape. A published fee list has to meet current RCVS and CMA guidance, and these numbers do not.

How do I reach someone in an emergency on this demo?

The red strip at the top is a one-tap call link, using the Ofcom drama number 01632 960 482. It does not connect to a clinic.

Who checks the pet-care notes?

Nobody clinical has reviewed them yet. Each note says “Reviewed by: [vet name to be completed]”. They are general and cautious, and they are not a care plan.

Still unsure?

If you are worried about an animal, telephone a real veterinary practice.
