Wood-fired Mediterranean · Bristol
A modern Mediterranean restaurant on Ember Yard. One wood oven, a short seasonal menu, and rooms you can take for the evening.

Lit every morning and kept low. Bread, whole fish, squash and the lamb all take their colour from the same fire.
British vegetables through the week, a Mediterranean pantry behind them: oil, lemon, chickpea, yoghurt, chilli.
Come for a plate or stay for seven courses. Large parties belong in the private rooms, not squeezed into the aisle.
