Questions

Questions we get about delivery.

What if no one is home?

We will ring once. If there is no answer we can leave the bunch in a stated safe place (a porch, a side return, with a named neighbour) if you wrote that in the delivery note. We will not leave flowers in full sun or on a wet step without your say-so. If we cannot leave them safely, we bring them back to the studio and rearrange delivery. This checkout is a demo, so no courier is actually dispatched.

Can you leave them with a neighbour?

Yes, if you give the neighbour’s name and number in the card or delivery note. We text you when they have been handed over.

Do you deliver on Sundays or bank holidays?

The studio is closed on Sundays and on English bank holidays. The date picker will not accept those days. Order on Saturday for a Monday delivery, or collect on Saturday before we close.

What if the stems look different from the photograph?

The photographs on the site are stock mood images that show the spirit of a bunch, not the exact stems. The flowers are whatever is genuinely good that morning. Similar stems may be substituted, always in the palette you chose.

Is same-day really same-day?

In inner London, orders placed before 1pm on an open day go out that afternoon or evening. Nearby postcodes (TW, KT, CR, SM, BR, HA, UB) need to be in before 11am. After the cut-off, we move you to the next open day unless you choose a later date.
