Prices you can repeat back.

These are guide prices for a fictional company, in pounds, before travel outside about 30 miles of Bristol. The quote form adds ceremony sound, lighting and extra hours so you can see the shape of a number. It does not take payment.

Wedding reception

Up to 5 hours. Planning call, timeline, speaker system, one wireless mic, request list, backup player.

Add-on. Arrival about 45 minutes before. Playback for processional, signing and recessional. Small PA and a mic for the officiant if needed.

Corporate

Up to 5 hours. Earlier load-in, background under speeches, mic for the host, dancefloor only if you want one.

4 hours. Birthdays, anniversaries, houses and hired rooms. Finish time agreed first.

One resident set, up to 2 hours. Assumes a working house system. A booth rig is a separate line if the room has none.

Gear

What comes out of the car.

Club-standard media players, a mixer, powered speakers and a backup. We name the job, not a sponsorship.

Turntable
Media players and a mixer, plus a controller if the booth is tight.
Speaker cabinet
12-inch tops and a sub, scaled down for a ceremony or a front room.
Lighting truss
Uplight pack. The £150 add-on, not a festival rig.
