With care

A steady hand for a day that feels like yours.

Vow & Venue plans weddings with calm, practical advice. We work with couples across the UK, in city rooms, country houses, and the occasional field, and we stay until the evening is safely underway.

Forty-five minutes. No obligation. Day-of coordination from £950.

How we work

Paid by you. Clear about the rest.

  1. One lead planner, named in the proposal. You are not passed around an inbox.

  2. We are paid by you. If a supplier ever offers a referral fee, we tell you or we decline it.

  3. UK weddings, and destination days from £7,500 when the travel is part of the brief.

  4. A written timeline your families can actually follow.

A first conversation

Forty-five minutes, and a straight answer.

We talk about the date, the people, the money and the kind of help that would actually be useful. If we are not the right studio, we say so.

Sample review

“We felt looked after without being managed. The timeline was kind, and both families knew where to be.”
