Help that matches the work still to do.

Some couples need a partner from the first venue visit. Some need a calm person for the last eight weeks. We would rather name the difference than stretch one package over both.

Full planning

We join early. That usually means venue search support, a working budget, supplier research, design direction, guest flow, and two planners on the day. You still make the decisions. We make sure they happen in a sensible order.

  • Vision and budget, written down
  • Venue shortlists and visit notes
  • Supplier search and contracts reviewed with you
  • Design boards
  • Stationery timeline
  • Rehearsal and wedding-day leadership

Partial planning

You may already have a venue, or a clear sense of one. We come in for the middle: the suppliers, the look, the budget that is left, and the month-of logistics. One planner leads the day for about twelve hours.

  • Planning across roughly six months
  • Shortlists rather than an open-ended search
  • Design direction, one clear thread
  • A timeline families can share
  • Seating guidance
  • On-the-day lead

Day-of coordination

For a plan that is largely in place. We spend the final weeks confirming suppliers and writing the run of show, then lead the day for about ten hours. It is not a substitute for months of unpaid planning squeezed into a week.

  • Two meetings in the final stretch
  • Confirmation calls and a master timeline
  • Ceremony rehearsal support
  • Room set-up with the venue
  • Cueing, dinner, and the small repairs
  • A modest emergency kit

Destination planning

When the wedding is away from home (another city, a villa, a weekend that needs more than one event) the work includes travel days, welcome gatherings and suppliers we may not already know. The fee starts at £7,500 and is quoted properly after we understand the place, the number of days, and who is travelling. Flights and our accommodation are separate.

Start with a conversation

A sensible order.

  1. A conversation

Date, guests, money, and what “help” means to you.

  2. A written way of working

Scope, fee, and what is not included. VAT is extra.

  3. Decisions, then details

Venue and food before calligraphy. Always.

  4. The day

We hold the plan. You host the people you invited.

What we will not pretend.

  • We do not take a hidden commission. Our fee is the fee.
  • We do not promise a particular photographer or band is “available only through us”.
  • We do not publish awards, press logos, or reviews from people who have not agreed to be named. The review on our home page is marked as a sample.
  • We will not take on a day-of brief if the foundations are not there. We will suggest partial planning instead.
