Getting started
You tell us about your business in a short brief, choose a package, and our team designs and builds your website for you. You review it, we refine it, and then it goes live — usually within a few days.
No. Choose a done-for-you build or use the editor yourself. Hosting is included with the website plans, and your dashboard guides you through connecting a domain. Business email is available separately.
That depends on the plan, the content you provide and the revisions needed. You can review a draft before publishing; ask the team for a timeline for your own project.
Your business name, a sentence about what you do, any logos or photos you have, and a rough idea of the pages you want. Don’t worry if you’re missing things — we’ll guide you.
Pricing & billing
Mini, Standard and Premium are each one monthly price, with the website build and hosting included and nothing to pay up front. Pay yearly to save two months, or every two years to save a bit more. Check Pricing for the current figures and what each plan includes.
Your plan and hosting terms are shown before checkout. Optional services and add-ons can cost extra; review the itemized total before you confirm a purchase.
Prices are shown in your selected currency where supported. Check the currency and final amount on the checkout screen before you pay.
Your hosting term controls how often its ongoing charge renews: monthly, yearly or every two years. Your dashboard and checkout show the current term and price.
Domains & email
Yes. You can connect an existing domain to your FastSites website using the DNS instructions in your dashboard. If you need a new domain, check current extension prices before registering.
Business email at your domain is available through FastSites. Whether a mailbox is included depends on your plan; see the Business Email page or your dashboard for the current options.
Your dashboard shows the mailbox allowance available to your account and any options for adding more seats or storage.
Yes. All mailboxes use encrypted connections, and you set a strong password for each (our generator can create one for you).
Editing & support
Yes. Use the editor to update text, images and details such as opening hours. Review your changes before you publish. For a change you would like the team to handle, sign in and open a support ticket.

Always. Every FastSites website is fully responsive and looks great on phones, tablets and desktops as standard.
Yes. Automatic backups run weekly on every plan, and daily backups are a paid add-on on any plan. A copy is normally saved before each publish, and you can make your own backup from the dashboard.
