Email that says your name, not ours.
you@yourbusiness.co.uk — and a mail client good enough to actually live in. Snooze, send later, remind me if nobody replies, and a calendar that turns a reminder into an email.
Free with any website plan. Works on your phone, your laptop and anything that speaks IMAP.

Thursday site visit, 10am?
FastSites Email for Windows is free. Windows may show a warning the first time, because the app is new. Here is what to expect.
Nobody has to know how you send your email.
Open your mail and the name at the top is yours. Not FastSites, not a mail provider you’ve never heard of. Your staff see your business every morning, and so does anyone reading over their shoulder in a coffee shop.
On a Premium plan you can go the whole way and read it at mail.yourbusiness.co.uk — your own address, end to end.
It doesn’t have to look like work.
Fourteen themes and six accent colours. Compact rows or roomy ones, three panes or two, light or dark — and it remembers, so your phone looks like your desk.

The inbox does the remembering.
Most of what eats a morning isn’t reading email. It’s holding things in your head until they matter.
Snooze it
Gone until Tuesday morning, back at the top when it’s actually your problem.
Remind me if nobody replies
Chase a quote without a note on your desk. It comes back only if they stay quiet.
Undo send
Ten seconds to catch the missing attachment, the wrong Dave, the tone you regret.
Send later
Write it at 11pm, let it land at 8am. It shows you the time where you are before you commit.
A calendar that writes emails
Put a reminder on Thursday. Click it on Thursday and the message is already open.
Saved searches
Everything from one client with an attachment, as a folder that keeps itself up to date.
Your email is the keys to everything else.
It’s the reset link for your bank, your accounts, your domain. It gets treated that way.
Two-factor on the mailbox itself
Not just the dashboard — the mailbox. An app code, or a security key.
Every signed-in device, listed
See what is signed in, where, and sign out the one you do not recognise without touching the others.
Tracking pixels blocked by default
Senders do not get to know when you opened it, or where you were, unless you say so.
Lock it to your office IP
Optional, and exactly what it sounds like.
Set it up once.
Your theme, your accent, how wide the panes are, whether the rows are compact — all of it is remembered against the mailbox, not the browser. Sign in somewhere new and it is already the way you left it.
Prefer Apple Mail or Outlook? It is ordinary IMAP and SMTP. Use whatever you like.
£19 a year. Per mailbox.
No per-seat pricing that doubles when you hire someone. No free tier that reads your mail to sell advertising.

Pick the address
hello@, your first name, one for each of the team. Whatever suits.
We do the DNS
The records that make mail arrive are set for you. Nothing to copy and paste.
Open your inbox
Sign in from anywhere. Or point Apple Mail at it — your choice.
Reasonable questions.
If it is at your own domain, yes — that address comes with you. If it is a gmail.com or hotmail.com address, that one belongs to them and cannot move, but you can forward it into your new mailbox for as long as you like.
No. Email on its own is £19 a year per mailbox. If you do have a FastSites website, email is already included and you pay nothing extra.
Yes. Open it in the browser, or set it up in the Mail app on an iPhone, in Outlook, or anything else that speaks IMAP — the settings are in your dashboard.
You can export the lot — every message, in a standard format any mail client can read. It is your correspondence, not ours.
10 GB per mailbox, with larger storage tiers available from inside the mail client if you need them.
Stop sending quotes from a gmail address.
It takes ten minutes and it changes how people read everything you send.
