Order before 2pm, UK time, Monday to Friday, and we pack the same day. After 2pm, or on a Saturday or Sunday, we pack on the next working morning. The bar at the top of the page uses a London clock.

Delivery
Parcels go by a tracked UK service. Most arrive in two to four working days. Delivery is £4.50, or free when the pieces themselves come to £60 or more. Gift wrap is not counted toward that £60.
Gift wrap
Wrap is £3.50 a piece. A note can be added in the basket. In this demo the note is stored on your device only. Nobody writes it out, and nobody posts it.
Returns
Unused pieces can come back within 30 days. You pay the return postage unless we sent the wrong thing or it arrived damaged. Candles that have been burned, and linen that has been washed, are not unused.
A note on this demo
The basket will take you as far as a pretend order number. No payment is taken, no label is printed, and no address is stored on a server. If you type a message on the contact page, it stays in this browser.
